Due to the chronic shortage of HGV drivers, there is a hindrance in petrol supplies from refineries to forecourts and nearly a third of the British petrol stations had run out of fuel. Resultantly, we observed a panic situation across the country, and long lines of vehicles at petrol stations for a third day in the row to fill up with fuel.
