Florida’s population is growing quickly, as 900 people move to the Sunshine State everyday. Miami is no stranger to this growth, as between 2000 and 2016, the city’s population tripled, with many of these new residents settling in different Downtown Miami neighbourhoods, which is expected to soar 109,000 people in 2021.
There are many reasons for this growth, from the connectivity of the city centre to the dazzling variety of dining options available. An explosion of new developments, from high-end hotels to soar skyscrapers have fuelled the growth of visitors and new residents alike.
