565 Broome Soho

An elegant 21st-century inflexion onto the neighbourhood. The building will establish a new residential benchmark in one of New York’s most historic neighbourhoods. The development is the strategic partnership between Renzo Piano Building Workshop, RDAI (designing firm based in Paris), and Bizzi & Partners Development, a real estate development.
The 30-story framework will float over its lower-lying surroundings, offering dramatic views of the city and the Hudson Bay, including the sunsets that will light the river and harbour. Its designs will not only blend in with the building's historic surroundings but will also enable tenants to enjoy the benefits of the building's breathtaking views.
The community, which is located on Manhattan's west side, just north of Tribeca and south of the West Village, has its own built heritage character. The cast-iron facades of its ever since buildings—factories and warehouses established in the 19th and early 20th centuries—replace the stone and brick that distinguish most of the rest of New York. SoHo's streetscape seems to be a seamless landscape that is distinctive from most neighbourhoods as a culmination of this workmanship.
Many of the residences' floor-to-ceiling windows can breathe and receive light thanks to the mirroring systems. The mullions and curved glass are two of the building's most recognizable aesthetic features. The use of thin mullions allows for a symbolic plot to unfold both outsides and within the framework.
The development encompasses 112 residencies which include Studios, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, with an addition of two duplex penthouses and 16th-floor duplexes. A development with world-class amenities like 24-hour Concierge and attended lobby, automated parking with private driveaway, Landscaped terrace, a dazzling 55ft indoor heated lap pool along with Spa and changing rooms, Children’s playroom, Interior landscaped lounge with libraries is just equipped for Immediate Occupancy.
