Developed on a 5-acre industrial estate in the centre of Nine Elms Regeneration Area, opposite the Battersea Power Station on the south bank of the River Thames is Riverlight - a brand new residential development.

Set in six sleek and awe-inspiring pavilions, the development offers 813 apartments to the potential investors and buyers. These pavilions follow the same architectural framework but can be distinguished due to difference in height and colour.

Arranged in a composition of increasing shape, ranging in height from 12 to 20 floors, Riverlight offers a varied skyline to the development. Buildings are segregated into three separate zones: higher, middle and bottom.

The upper floors are lightweight, gull-winged roofed two-storey buildings; the middle floors are represented as concrete floors, articulated on both sides, articulated as light steel balconies on the intermediate sides.

The intentional design of these pavilions has given rise to incentives to build a permeable open space between each of the six pavilions, with the river-front clear and visible. Riverlight is crafted by the world-renowned Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners architects.

    Riverlight is the only development sited on the riverfront in the first phase of the Nine Elms Opportunity Area, spanning the area four times the size of London Canary Wharf the area will be one of the UK largest regeneration areas. Specifically selected due to its proximity to Westminster the site will also host the new American Embassy giving rise to a new international quarter, the regeneration of Battersea Power Station and New Covent Garden Market
